Husqvarna’s new 572XP is a 14.4-pound, gas-powered chainsaw. Currently only available in European markets, Husqvarna is expected to bring it to U.S. markets in the first quarter of 2019.

The saw is equipped with AutoTune, which automatically adjusts the carburetor for local conditions like climate and altitude, and Air Injection, which uses a centrifugal air cleaning system to remove larger particles before they pass through the filter. It features heated handles, a rubber grip and a transparent fuel level indicator.

Honda VersAttach System

Honda’s VersAttach system is a miniature 4-stroke power head with six attachments. Users can choose between a 25cc or a 35cc power head, both of which are fueled by unleaded gasoline.

Without attachments, the power heads weigh 11.2 pounds and 13.2 pounds respectively.

Attachments include a pruner that extends to nearly 31 inches, and 5.3-inch and 25-inch hedge trimmer, as well as a blower, cultivator, trimmer and edger. A 19-inch or 39-inch extension is also available.

ARS Pro Saw

The ARS pro saw is designed for arborists. It features impulse-hardened teeth and a precision-ground carbon steel blade hard-chrome plated to help with rust and sap resistance. Curved blades are available in 13-inch, 14.5-inch and 16.5-inch lengths.

The CAM24PRO model (pictured) features a locking scabbard with a thumb trigger for safe removal.

    These types of photos getting published are detrimental to our industry. Showing this guy up a tree, with a saw wearing a ball cap and no eye protection?!!!
